Helping businesses
move from offline
to operational.

Across more than 20 engagements, I worked with business owners and senior leaders to turn unclear needs into business plans, digital services, internal tools, and customer-facing experiences.

This is a portfolio-level case study spanning multiple confidential client engagements. The metrics describe the breadth and operating model of the work, not unverified revenue or conversion outcomes.

02 / The transformation

The request was often
a website.
The need was a business system.

Many clients arrived with no meaningful online presence or a fragmented one. Before designing screens, I had to understand how the business created value, who it served, where work was getting stuck, and what the first useful digital step should be.

The result could be a marketing site, a service funnel, an e-commerce experience, an admin dashboard, or an early product interface. The deliverable changed, but the product question remained the same: what should the business digitize first to create useful momentum?

03 / Consulting beyond the interface

From executive conversation
to executable plan.

Through my work with Solid Insights Consulting Group, I contributed across strategy, research, and digital execution rather than operating as a downstream visual designer.

Business planning

Structured the opportunity

Prepared business plans that clarified the offer, customer, market context, operating model, priorities, and path to execution.

Executive discovery

Worked directly with decision-makers

Led and participated in meetings with business owners and senior leaders, translating goals and constraints into a focused project scope.

AI optimization research

Found practical automation opportunities

Researched how AI could improve workflows, reduce repetitive work, strengthen customer service, or support new digital offerings.

Product and UX/UI

Made the strategy tangible

Turned business decisions into journeys, information architecture, interfaces, prototypes, and clear handoff materials for development.

04 / Operating model

A flexible process.
A consistent decision spine.

Each engagement had different budgets, timelines, industries, and technical constraints. I adapted the depth of the process while protecting four decisions every project needed.

01DiagnoseBusiness goal, customer, constraints, current workflow
02PrioritizeSuccess criteria, scope, message, highest-value journey
03PrototypeStructure, wireframes, visual direction, interaction
04EnableFeedback, refinement, developer handoff, launch support
Freelance design process covering information hierarchy, conversion, iteration, and real constraints
06 / Stakeholder leadership

Trust was built
before pixels.

Speak in business outcomesExecutive stakeholders needed clarity on value, feasibility, cost, risk, and what would change operationally, not design terminology.

Turn competing opinions into decisionsI used goals, user needs, and constraints to move conversations from preference toward prioritization.

Make progress visibleStructured plans and prototypes gave clients something concrete to react to while reducing ambiguity for developers.

Stay involved through deliveryI maintained communication with developers after handoff to protect intent and support a smoother launch.

07 / AI and operational optimization

AI research with
a business reason.

I evaluated emerging AI tools against real operating problems rather than recommending technology for novelty. The useful questions were where time was being lost, which decisions needed better information, and where automation could improve the experience without removing necessary human judgment.

This work strengthened my ability to connect technical possibility with customer value, operational feasibility, and a realistic adoption path.

08 / What this proves as a PM

Twenty projects taught me
how to find the real product.

Freelancing compressed the product-learning cycle: discover quickly, define the decision, align the people, work within constraints, and make the next step tangible.

DiscoveryUncover the business problem behind the requested deliverable.
PrioritizationChoose a useful first release instead of digitizing everything at once.
AlignmentConnect executive goals, user needs, design intent, and development reality.
ExecutionMove from ambiguity to a plan, a prototype, and a buildable handoff.
Portfolio outcome

More than interfaces.
Digital foundations
for growing businesses.

A consulting practice built around understanding the business, prioritizing the right digital move, and helping teams make it real.
