I turn ambiguous
problems into products
teams can move.

I'm Natalie Joubran, a product builder, founder, and designer who connects customer behavior, business priorities, and delivery constraints to create a clear path from opportunity to outcome.

02 / My current

I don't just work on a product.
I live inside its world.

My path into technology was not a traditional engineering one. I came through visual communication, design, and entrepreneurship, and learned to mold myself to the problem in front of me. I learn the language, the users, the market, and the operational reality until I can see how the whole system fits together.

That immersion is how I lead. I start with the human problem and business context, define what success should mean, and turn uncertainty into priorities a cross-functional team can act on. I care about the polished experience, but I care just as much about the decisions, processes, and uncomfortable tradeoffs underneath it.

Founding and leading a B2C product taught me to own the full equation: customer discovery, product strategy, go-to-market, operations, metrics, and the unglamorous work required to make a promise dependable. Every project becomes personal enough for me to understand it deeply, while remaining clear-eyed enough to change course when the evidence says I should.

03 / How I contribute
Product management

Turn ambiguity into direction.

Discovery, product strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, metrics, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution.

Founder ownership

Own the full product equation.

Zero-to-one validation, go-to-market, operations, commercial constraints, resourcefulness, and accountability for outcomes.

Product design

Make decisions tangible.

User research, journeys, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and close collaboration with design and engineering.

AI and emerging technology

Experiment with purpose.

AI product concepts, workflow automation, rapid prototyping, and evaluating where new technology creates real user value.

04 / How I lead

Start with the problem.
Make the tradeoffs visible.
Measure what happens next.
