Inner Signal

A writing experiment that translates emotional language into an explorable visual data map.

01 / The idea

What if?

Explore the mind as if it were a computer: can subjective language be translated into a visible system without flattening what a person feels?

02 / Problem statement

The friction

Feelings are layered, ambiguous, and difficult to inspect. Traditional labels often compress an emotional state into one word and lose its intensity, relationships, and contradictions.

03 / The solution

The prototype

A live text-and-canvas experience that analyzes emotional language and transforms its signals into layers of color, marks, density, movement, and connection. The resulting map can be explored, frozen, reframed, and exported.

04 / How it works

A short interaction.
A tangible question.

01

Write freely in the text panel

02

Watch the map respond as language changes

03

Zoom, pan, and inspect visual signals

04

Freeze or export the resulting composition
